Vacation Rental Reservation Policies:

• In order to reserve an accommodation at Hale Ho’omana, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance for the reservation will be charged one month prior to the arrival date.
  
  
• All reservations include a Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.16% and Hawaii Transient Accommodations tax of 9.25%.
  
  
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Any cancellation prior to 30 days before the arrival date, the entire deposit less 10% transaction fee will be returned to the client.
  • Any cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date, the deposited funds are non-refundable.
