Group Retreat Rates and Reservation Policies:
Retreat Studio Rental:
The Retreat Studio is $250 per day (plus tax at 4.16%) and $50 cleaning fee.
Retreat Rate:
There are two cottages available for rental on Ho’omana property, the Makena Cottage and Lehua Cottage. Please see our accommodations page for more information.
Catering:
Catering will be offered to groups with a minimum of 10 guests for lunch at $16 per person plus tax. Our caterer uses the freshest, organic ingredients with contemporary cooking techniques. Meals will be served to guests on the Retreat Studio Lanai or packed for daytime excursions if notified in ample time. Ho’omana Spa Maui must be informed of the number of the estimated guests requiring catering service one month prior to arrival as well as any food preferences or allergies to accommodate the individual needs of retreat guests.
Activity Booking:
Supplement your workshop with one of our many Hawaiian cultural activities. View our activity menu for any additions you may want to include in your retreat. Reservations need to be finalized 30 days prior to arrival for scheduling purposes and to secure space for the group.
Activity Menu:
Authentic Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Spa Treatments: All treatments are based on Hawaiian lineage teachings incorporating herbal healing and spiritual prayers.
• 50 Minutes for $95 and 80 Minutes for $140. Additions such as Hot Stones, Sugar or Salt Scrub, Herbal Bath are $30.
Sacred Site Tour: Explore Hawaiian temples, botanical gardens and learn about Hawaii’s rich culture.
• There is a 4 person minimum and the cost is $85 per person.
Luau Feast: Experience an authentic and private Lu’au here in the native botanical gardens of Ho’omana. We invite the dancers of Halau Wehiwehi’o le Lehua from Kua to enchant us with chant and song.
• Cost is $85 per person and includes an 8 person minimum.
Contract and Cancellations
Payments:
Acceptable forms of payment include major credit cards, money orders, personal checks with proper ID.

Deposit:
A 25% non-refundable deposit plus 4.16% tax is required within 7 days from date of signed contract. Within 90 days from the event contract a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
Balance:
The balance is due before 30 days prior to your retreat date.
Cancellation Policy:
Up to 90 days prior to the event – 75% Refund Between 60 and 90 days - 50% Refund Less than 60 days – No Refund
Refund Policy:
Refund checks will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $250 is required on all contracts. The security deposit will be refunded within one week of the event less any assessed damage, additional cleaning fees or overtime. Should the deposit be insufficient to cover additional costs Ho’omana Spa Maui reserves the right to collect damages from any balance due and/or charge the credit card on file.
