Group Retreat Rates and Reservation Policies:

Retreat Studio Rental:
The Retreat Studio is $200 per day or $150 per day (plus tax at 4.16%) when renting entire property.

Retreat Rate:
Renting entire Hale Ho’omana accommodation is $650 per night plus tax at 13.42% tax for shared accommodations in cottages up to 15 guests. Maximum capacity on property includes shared accommodations defined as: Lehua Cottage 2-3 guests, Bamboo Cottage 2 guests, Makena Cottage 4 guests, Hale Nui which includes the Hawaiian room, Hibiscus room, and Aloha Suite 6 people.

Overflow:
Our overflow accommodation, Haleakala Cottage is also available for 3 or 4 guests at $45 per person per night. We also have dormitory accommodations available for $25 per night.

Catering:
Catering will be offered to groups with a minimum of 8 guests, breakfast ($10), lunch ($16) and dinner ($22) or $48 for the day. Meals will be served to guests on the Hale Nui Lanai or packed for daytime excursions if notified in ample time. Hale Ho’omana must be informed of the number of the estimated guests requiring catering service one month prior to arrival as well as any food preferences or allergies to accommodate the individual needs of retreat guests.

Activity Booking:
Please look over our activity menu for any additions you may want to include in your retreat. Bookings need to be finalized 30 days prior to arrival for scheduling purposes and to secure space for the group.

Activity Menu:

• Sacred Site Tour: $85 per person. Explore Hawaiian temples and botanical gardens (4 person minimum).
• Taro Patch Excursion: Partake in the Hawaiian cultural experience by volunteering in a Taro Patch. A $300 donation will be presented to The Martin's for their hospitality.
• Luau Feast: $85 per person and includes Hawaii’s authentic entertainment (8 person minimum).
• Snorkeling Equipment Rental: $8 per person per day.
• Kayaking Tour: $65 per person (includes snorkel equipment) 7am-10am (4 person minimum).
• Surfing lessons: $60 per person for group lesson and $120 for private lesson.
• Hawaiian Spa Treatments: $85 per hour and $125 per 1 ½ hour. Additions such as hot stones, sugar or salt scrub are $30.
• Hawaiian Sweat Lodge: $400 (3 hour event)
• Yoga Classes: $15 per person (minimum 4 people) or $65-$120 private session.

Contract and Cancellations

Payments:
Acceptable forms of payment include Visa and Mastercard credit cards, money orders/personal checks with proper ID.

Deposit:
A 25% non-refundable deposit plus tax is required within 7 days from date of the contract. Within 90 days from the event contract a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

Balance:
The balance is due before 30 days prior to your retreat date.

Cancellation Policy:
Up to 90 days prior to the event – 75% Refund
Between 60 and 90 days - 50% Refund
Less than 60 days – No Refund

Refund Policy:
Refund checks will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $250 is required on all contracts. The security deposit will be refunded within one week of the event less any assessed damage, additional cleaning fees or overtime. Should the deposit be insufficient to cover additional costs Hale Ho’omana reserves the right to collect damages from any balance due and/or charge the credit card on file.
